GB 20055-2006 design.
Apply to the compounding of thermoplastics, mastication, or plastic sheeting; rubber thermal refining, tablet, mastication, mixing.
Applicable industry:
Rubber open mixing mill refining presses for thermoplastics compounding, plastic necklace, or plastic sheeting.
Structure features:
1)The roller are made of high-carbon steel quenching treatment, the surface of hard wear;
lumen of processing, the roll surface temperature uniformity with equipped the water cooling device.
2)The machine is equipped with internal heating wire device, roller temperature uniformity.
3)Drive system with worm reducer, compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, long service life.
4)The machine overall base, easy to install and suitable for all kinds of voltage.
Operate steps:
1) Turned on the power, check the machine no-load operation is normal or not , as usual, and then continue to work.
2)Access trays placed Fortunately workbench.
3)Set the temperature and rotational speed of the front and rear rollers.
4)When the temperature reaches the set temperature, refining the material to be put into blocking
plate between refining.
5)By hand wheel adjustment the gap between the two rolls to obtain products of different thickness, and
adjusting the distance between the two retaining plate to adjust the product width.
6)Refining completed, clean the machine, turn off the power.
