1- Terms of Quotation: FOB Guangzhou (We also deal with CIF, CFR, EXW)
2- Terms of Payment:
(1) 30% shall pay by T/T as down payment in advance;
(2) 70% balance payment shall be paid off by T/T before shipment.
3 - Guarantee / Warranty:
The quality guarantee period for one year, any damages on the electric parts during the quality guarantee period can be maintained or replaced free, (Except in the course of usage, damage due to human errors), and after guarantee period, SANKEN will continuously give good support and best after-sales service to customer.
4- Installation:
If customers need , we will arrange 1 engineer to customer's factory for the installation & training, our engineer will stay at customer's factory for about 7 days. Customer shall bear the charge of tickets & VISA for our engineer, arrange the hotel, food (room and board), take a good care of our engineer during they are staying at customers' country. .
Note: If possible, we would like to suggest customer to arrange people to our factory for training about 2-3 days before shipment, so that we can teach customer more technology about the glass processing works, it could be helpful for customer.
5. Delivery time: 60 days after receive the down payment.
Our CNC Automatic Glass Cutting Line is included with three equipments: CNC Automatic Glass Loading Machine, CNC Automatic Glass Cutting Machine, and Pneumatic Glass Breaking Table. Controlled with a commercial PC, all three machines are worked together automatically in high speed and high precision.
Work flow:
After starting the inputting machine, arms automatically suck glass from the shelf. Under sensor controlled, glass automatically find edge in the X and Y directions. After moving to the designated location, transport glass to the CNC cutting table. Under laser sensory element guidance, use laser-reader to get the position of the glass-sheet. Cutter will move to coordinate origin, and automatically start to cut according to the preinstall graph. After cutting, glass will move to the breaking table. Start break bars and to break the glass. At this point, the whole process work was completed.

Put the Glass-sheets in one side of the machine. Controlled by the PLC in the machine, the operator can finish the job from glass loading to glass position.
