S&K CNC Glass Engraving Machine Features
SKE-1325 CNC Glass engraving machine is an engraving equipment for using in the plane of glass.
1- Terms of Quotation: FOB Guangzhou (We also deal with CIF, CFR, EXW)
2- Terms of Payment:
(1) 30% shall pay by T/T as down payment in advance;
(2) 70% balance payment shall be paid off by T/T before shipment.
3 - Guarantee / Warranty:
The quality guarantee period for one year, any damages on the electric parts during the quality guarantee period can be maintained or replaced free, (Except in the course of usage, damage due to human errors), and after guarantee period, SANKEN will continuously give good support and best after-sales service to customer.
4- Installation:
If customers need , we will arrange 1 engineer to customer's factory for the installation & training, our engineer will stay at customer's factory for about 7 days. Customer shall bear the charge of tickets & VISA for our engineer, arrange the hotel, food (room and board), take a good care of our engineer during they are staying at customers' country. .
Note: If possible, we would like to suggest customer to arrange people to our factory for training about 2-3 days before shipment, so that we can teach customer more technology about the glass processing works, it could be helpful for customer.
5. Delivery time: 40 days after receive the down payment.
This type of engraving machine is compositive by graphical input, data processing and automatic processing these three-parts.
1- Graphic input section: In order to control the processing machinery works automatically, the graphics which is going to engrave, will be changing it into a digital graphics file which can be identified by an engraving software processing, finishing.
2- Data processing section: After get the digital graphics file by the engraving software, then use computer to process it be an electrical signal which can control the mechanical movement!
3- Processing automation section: Implement the computer's instructions to complete the graphic engraving process. In the whole process of SKE-1325 this type engraving machine, the operator is responsible just for only processing data input, the upper and lower parts and monitoring processes, others works will be done by the equipment automatically.
