1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
Yes,we are the professional manufacturer specialize in electronic fingerprint locks and safe box.
2. What's your MOQ and your sample policy ?
Our MOQ was 100 for safe box ,500 for locks. If you only want a sample,one lock is free but no free for safe boxes,as you know it's very heavy and with high cost. for over 2pcs locks ,we have to collect your sample charges (normally the price will be a bit higher than our selling price) and freight .The sample charges will be returned to you after you placed an order to us .
3. What's your advantages compared to other company ?
We have the key patent technology in lock for our products .so we can assure the high quality.Besides, We have strong R&D team to work for new products ,some of our products are the products only we can do at present .
4. Where is your factory ?
We have factory located in both Jiang men city (Guangdong Province) and Shenzhen city. Our headquaters was in Pingdi Town ,Long gang District ,Shenzhen .
5. What's your payment terms ?

5. OEM Services
OEM project is welcome. MOQdepends on the product's materials and production process.

6. Customized Packaging
We often use carton box with blister or cystosepiment inside for packing . Sometimes we'll do wood support if customer required .
