1 Working Process:
Following drawing is a sample drawing to description the working process of the main phase:
Semi-automatic case packing machine contact with the upriver machine by conveyor, the conveyor transport the product which will be packed in case to the stacking arrange device, The stacking way is set up by the system to automatically stack the product into the packing requirement, the worker put the carton on the packing place by manual operation, the product which is stacked well is put into the carton. While putting the carton into the delivery cylinder by the rocker device to finish the packing function.

1. Height of feeding belt interface: 700-1000mm (It can correct according to customer's requirement)
2. Dimension: L2380mm X W1700mm X H1670mm.
3. Length of feeding belt: 1500mm
4. Suitable size of the carton: (It is a normal range, other size can customize

Width: 150mm~400mm
Height: 110mm~380mm
1. The body of the machine adopt the carbon steel to weld, the face adopt the Plastic spraying. Some part adopt the 6061 aluminum alloy, the face adopt the anodic oxidation. The working tablet which contacted with the raw produce adopts the S. S. 304.
