Theory and condition of transfer printing
The original workpiece(such as aluminum, iron, ceramic) which is wrapped by organic coat obtain the clear and whole pattern when it through rated temperature, at the same time the temperature makes the printing ink of organic coat sublime
Then transfer to the original workpiece.
Condition
The initial(original) workpiece must be powder coated or electrophoresis treatment at first, then transfer printing
Process flow as follows
Initial(original) workpiece coated or electrophoresis treatmentwrapped the initial workpiece with wood grain paper or PET hot transfer printing film190-200 degrees bakingget rid of the filmpackage
Relation between aging- resistant and initial workpiece coating
The hot transfer printing paper made of high-quality color plasm, printing ink and imported paper. The printing is made by intaglio printing type. When temperature is 190-195 degrees, the printing ink begins to transfer, and keep the temperature in 5-10mins, then the pattern of paper adhere to the initial workpiece.
Primary coating of initial workpiece have direct effect on the quality of pattern, so the powder or coating should meet the usage quality requirement of workpiece. The aluminum workpiece that is worked by this technology can endure long term aging- resistant and consecutive ultraviolet radiation irradiation testing and up to the related standard.
Heating mode: Coal, electric, oil, natural gas, liquefied gas and so on.
After heating, the equipment transfers the pattern to the surface of aluminum, and get the clear vein and third dimension effect, this makes the wood grain appears naturally.
