Received customer drawing --> Review and design the very good and high efficiency process and fixture
--> Initial samples for customer test -> Raw materials incoming for production ->Test material ->Rough machining --> Precise machining(per working instruction and inspect and did SPC report to keep the tool changing on time to avoid the dimension problem ->Washing parts->100% inspection for finished part
->Arrange shipment on time per customer request
The small order quantity was acceptable.
Our main equipment was including:
CNC machines, Milling machine, Lathing machine, wire-electrode cutting, CNC automatic turning machine, EDM machines etc.
Our quality system was ISO 9001. We did 100% inspection for every dimension per customer drawing request and trying best to reach zero defect before shipment.
