B. Return is NOT acceptable if the items are destroyed due to either the shipment agents or the consignee(s) human errors or human faults or neglect of knowledge, lack of skills, including but not limited to, the buyers ignorance to properly follow the instructions of transportation, item usage, items washing/rinsing, or partial damage or destroy of the items as a result of the buyers intentional or knowing actions, or destructions against the items sold.

Paying for import duties
