Application scope
It's suitable for drying hydrous objects and objects with liquid ink surface. Widely used in printing, electronics, food, chemical etc.
Configuration and performance
1)The machine is designed of split type; The whole length of tunnel is 26m, the drying part is divided into 7 Segments and every part length is 2m, the width of tunnel is 1m., the width of belt is 1m, the length of materials entrance is 10m, the length of materials exit is 1.5m.
2)The calorific tubes are parallel installed on the top.
3)Transmission system adopts frequency converter to adjust speed. Variable frequency motor made in Taiwan 0.75kw/1: 60, conveying speed is 0-25m/min.
4) The materials conveyor belt is imported.
5) The net height of tunnel's heating area is 200mm (each Segment heating area iadopts hot cycle ). Heating control can be tested by independent temperature control apparatus.
6)According to different dried objects and the different weights, in order to enable the belt withstand more weight, rollers are installed between per 300mm.
7)The conveyor belt is equipped with correcting system.
8)All calorific tubes are from Taiwan with high-precision temperature control.
9)Manual handle switches to control plate. Electric components: Temperature-control apparatus, buttons,
Omron Relay, Schneider AC contactor.
10) All rack steel is used the international standard materials.
