GLORYSTAR LASER adheres to "do the best Chinese laser equipment'' as business purposes, GLC-1325, by 600ºC high temperature heat treatment, 24 hrs with the furnace cooling, 8 meters gantry milling finishing, ensure the normal use for 20 years. Appropriate for cutting acrylic, LED plate, MDF, advertising, decoration material, electrical panels etc, cutting precision kept within 0.1mm, specially designed for users of high-precision cutting.
Equipped with imported straight linear guide rail and German stainless steel transmission belt, Acrylic Laser Cutting Machine series is specialized designed for acrylic material cutting, It adopts special water-cooled lens and the laser power between 100W-200W. It is our company's own designed cutting control system, this series of laser machine also equips with high qualified laser tube and accessories to ensure the high cutting speed, precise accuracy and stale operation performance.

 

Mechanical Design
The machine adopts high precise linear guide rail in straight reciprocating motion which have much higher rated load than normal guide rail. Also it can perform high precise linear motion under the overloading situation.

Light Guide Plate(LGP), Leather, Furniture, Packing, Prin Advertising, Decoration, Building Materials and other industries need large-format professional cutting processing of high-end user.

Materials
Appropriate to cut and engrave acrylic(inorganic glass sheet including the decoration or LED board), plastics, special paper, leather, bamboo, wood or similar non-materials.
