BX-501 slitting machine
Use:
For slitting and rewinding of pipe-paper, writing pad, joint material, cellophane and adhesive tape products
Characteristics:
Generally, this equipment is co-working with pipe winders of BX-300, and BX-80.
Dividing and cutting apply upper and lower rotary Knives that cut smoothly and accurately both sides with upper and lower spindles receiving synchronously. Upper and lower arbors are equipped with pneumatic clutch to adjust the power of rewinding. Rewinded materials are tight, smooth, and compact. Loading styles are optional to customer, manual or automatic with oil pressure. Loading brake applies planetary air brake to control the process smoothly. Host electric engine is accommodated by electromagnetic transducer and running steadily.
