a.The electrical control system
1 Hardware: adopt the international mainstream products, commercialized and modular design andinstallation, simple and direct structure, high efficient domestic supply,
it is convenient for trouble shooting and after-sales service.
2 Master control system:adopting PLC control, 10"color touch display, intuitive and quick operation.
3 Using France Schneider brand products or similar products.
b. Three axis
1 Y axis: Feeding trolly does the straight line reciprocating movement along the vertical lathe bedby gear and meshing gear rack to feedback back the displacement signal to the computer to make a closed loop control system.
The movement of the trolly is under the monitoring of the computer all the time so as toensure the precision of the linear motion of the trolly. Y axis repeat positioning accuracy is + 0.1 mm.
2 B axis: The trolly holder is in the rotation of the two directions, positive direction and negative direction, It is controlled by a closed-loop control system which is similar with linear motion control system so as to improve the reliability of the feedback signal and the precision of the control system. B axis repetitive positioning accuracy is+ 0.1°.
3 C axis: C axis driven by a hydraulic cylinder. achieve the rotation of the spindle bent arm by closed-loop control so as to ensure the accuracy of C axis, repeat accuracy of C axis is +0.1°.
c.Numerical control system characteristics

1 With manual, semi-automatic and automatic operation function.
2 In any fitting processing time can suspend operation, in order to observe the fitting processing status and adjust the die clearance.
3 With the fuction of data lock and memory, to prevent any changes and error changes
4 Both rotation axis and feeding axis can be set speed from grade1 to grade9,for same processing pipe fitting, each processing can be set at different speeds.
5 Each operation data can be input by touching screen, touch screen can real-timely monitor the running state for the equipment and the datas.
6 Three axis can return to zero at the same time without operator adjustment. this improves the machining repeat precision.
7 Each processing pipe fittings can be set 30 bends, stor 200 tube type datas .
8 Self-diagnosis errors and equipment failures, and display the error code and failure reason on the screen, to help the operator easy to troubleshoot.
9 With the function of power failure memory, data kept permanently , to prevent data loss due to power failure or equipment failure.
d.Hydraulic system
1 The auxiliary actions, such as clamping, pressure die, servo and mandrel movements of this machine are controlled by the switch type hydraulic system and driver. Y axis and B axis are controlled by Servo system.
2 Oil source part consists of oil pump, electromagnetic relief valve and switch valve components, etc.
3 Every movement of the pressure can be adjusted respectively, which can meet the best pipe bending process requirement, the system pressure is stable and efficient.
e.Pneumatic System
Through centralized air supply, compressed air pressure is reduced to 0.5Mpa bythe pressure reducing valve. Then get into the system through air source treatment (the combination of the pressure regulator,
filter and lubricator is commonly known as air source treatment ).Thus ensure the air get into system is clean and dry compressed and pressure is stable
