2. FBSI-3-500 Three-layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Die
2.1 Features
* The blown film die is designed in consultation with a Germany expert to ensure optimum efficiency and a very even distribution of the melt in each layer.
* The melt distribution and spiral channels could be analyzed using advanced specific software to ensure the whole die with the best flow properties.
* The die is made of tool steel and is coated with low friction nickel where the inner parts have a mirror-polished surface.
* Each die layer can be heated independently to achieve different temperature control. The layers are isolated each other to minimize the heat transition.

3. FBSI-3-300 Lab Precise Co-Extrusion Blown Film Tower
3.1 Features
* The tower is made of high strength aluminum profile.
* The height of the tower can be electrically adjusted by the high strength screw.
* The double-column and the track system ensure a high degree of stability so that the Nip-roll and the die could constantly maintain parallel within the height adjustment range.
* There are two pneumatically operated film Nip-rolls. One is covered with wear resistant rubber and another has a polished chrome surface.
* The Nip-rolls are driven by servo motor with stepless speed control.
* The bubble cage is equipped with a row of Teflon coated rollers. The rollers also could be made of carbon fiber reinforced thermosetting resin.
* The A-frame (collapsing gate) is equipped with carbon fiber rollers to ensure the best flattening effect with the minimum contact friction.
* There are 4 guide rolls on the down side.
