Applications:
This system has been designed for packing of products with rectangular shapes such as wafer and sandwich or products of similar shapes
This system achieves feeding and wrapping speed up to 150-180 packs /min, depending upon the product and the wrapping material
The product feeding system is tasked with transporting first cut wafer books from the existing wafer line and distributing the first cut wafer to one wrapping machines.
The inline multi belts feeder accepts second cut wafer from our supplied wafer book cutter in clearly defined and spaced rows, re-pitches and realigns them and by use of three speed belts at the inline multi belts feeder offers them to wrapping feed lugs as demanded.

Features:
Automatic feeding system gives excellent flexibility in connection with the existing wrapping machine. The feeding system designed not allow to feed the product to the wrapping machine when it stop. If the product are not enough for feeding, the wrapping machine will be at idling mode & start again when it got enough product feeding.
AFP automatic feeding system has been designed not only work with AFP wrapping machines but also work with the other brands wrapping machines with mechanical, frequency controlled or servo controlled as well.
