Application: Suitable for slitting material of PET\OPP\PE\PVC, and paper material copper foil Aluminum foil etc
Feature:
1\Two rewind motors and one main motor form three motors driven main motor separates rewind material from unwind material and rewind motor controls tension during operation to make product tension stable
2\Rewind arm adopts connective air arm to control balance can adjust touch pressure auto matically when rewinding Touch pressure can set freely This machine also can use disconnected touch roller to slit any kind of material
3\Control panel with LCD touch screen for setting rewind method and operation condition control system is PLC unit with error detective system
4\Driven by connective 3A. C motors I for wed feeding I for rewind tension control which automatically increasing toque on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O. D is getting bigger
5\Finished rolls are unloaded by connected swing out type unloading stand which is convenient on core unload
6\When material outputs it goes through surface touch roller which can make material smoother, and reduce noise(esp for adhesive material)
