Our Digital Flatbed printer can be widely used for printing on Leather, EVA, PVC, PU, Acrylic, Glass, T-shirt, Ceramic tile, Plastic, Metal, Wood, Canvas, Cotton and all kinds of Fabric. The main differences are printing size and printing speed.
About Printing Process:
For Leather, EVA, PVC, PU, Acrylic, Glass, Ceramic tile, Plastic, Metal, Wood, we adopt eco-solvent ink, there are 2 steps. First, before print, we need to spray coating on surface of material, there are 2 usages of coating, one is to combine ink and material firmer, another usage is to make the ink color more vivid. We can spray manually, or by machine.
Second, print.
For fabric printing, we adopt fabric ink which is different from eco-solvent ink. We don`t need spray coating, just print directly.
About Eco-solvent Ink and fabric ink (1000ml/bottle):
1) Excellent water-proof and UV-resistant, brilliant color saturation and excellent.
2) Using a relatively safe and harmless to health Eco-solvent to minimize the influence on human health.
3) It's strong compatibility and suitable for various printers and printing materials.
4) Unique environment friendly formulation, low smell and never damage nozzles.
5) Our eco-solvent inks are 100% compatible with printers with Epson printhead.
