1.About acrylic mdf board
1) back of the MDF board: warm white pure melamine, easy to wash, can with or without logo according to customers' requires.
2) PUR glue: "PUR" glue which never be unstuck and is appointed by the Astronautics Department to adhee the base boad MDF.
3) Construction: Polymer composite board in fact is the combination of PVC, PET and Acrylic.
4) Theory: Polymer composite board is the upgrade of UR, so it keeps the advantages of UV, but eliminate the defects of "UV", such as the orange peel, raw edge hardness is over 3H, improved on yellow resistance, resistance to impact, antiflaming, resistance to dirt and abrasion such kind of merits.
