Simple shape, environmental Health (ISO9001, ISO14001, SGS approved). C-Frame laboratory furniture system offers advantages where the under bench storage units may be moved, added or removed after installation as the laboratory needs change.

1. Metal structures: 60*40*1.5mm square steels acid cleaned, phosphoresced, and coated with electrostatic, corrosion resistant and oven dried spray paint.

2. Standard size: 3000*750*850mm (customized size are available)

3. Worktop:

Optional one: 12.7mm/ 15mm / 19mm thick lab grade phenolic resin (black, light grey, dark green) countertops(double thickness to 25mm at the edge), most chemicals resistant. The acid - and alkali resistant, high temperature curing treatment, Abrasion, scratch and impact cutting resistant.

Optional two: 13mm / 15mm / 19mm thick Trespa(imported from the Netherlands) countertops, most chemicals resistant. The acid - and alkali resistant, high temperature curing treatment, Abrasion, scratch and impact cutting resistant.

Optional three: 15mm / 19mm / 25mm thick lab epoxy resin (made in China or DURCON or EPOXYN ) countertops, most chemicals resistant. The acid - and alkali resistant, high temperature curing treatment, Abrasion, scratch and impact cutting resistant.

4. Cabinets material: Made of 1.2mm cold rolled steel, all the steel parts by pickling, phosphating treatment surface by the epoxy resin power coating, high temperature curing treatment. The acid and alkali corrosion, abrasion, scratch and ompact cutting.

5. Reagent rack:

Table one: Epoxy coated Aluminum column, two layers of 12mm tempered glass. With two stainless steel guardrails at two sides.

Table two: Epoxy coated 60*30*2mm rectangular square steel column, adjustable, two layers of 12mm tempered glass laminates. Good weight support. With two stainless steel guardrails at two sides.

6. Aluminum Groove+ Electric Socket: Aluminum Groove, special lab Multi Socket, Double Electric. International standard.

7. SINK + FAUCET: Sink: High grade epoxy resin / high grade PP resistant to most chemicals, such as Aqua Regia. Matt finish on lip, resistant to scratch & consistent with most worktops'finish. General laboratory sink, can effectively prevent the most kinds of chemical acids and alkali corrosion resistance. Density of injection molding basin. Faucet: Solid brass; High gloss epoxy powder, resistant to most chemicals, UV fading & heat; 500000 life cycles, water static pressure Max. 20Bar; Laboratory dedicated copper main material, the epoxy resin coating.
