1. Where is your office?
We have two offices: One is in Hongkon, One is in ShenZhen , China .
And our handbag factory is in GuangZhou .
2. How is your experience?
We do export & import already 10 years' experience with very professional and good prices. And we have specialized in making all kinds of bags with 7 years. All workers of our company are well experienced and skilled.
3. Which kinds of products you can make?
We are specialized in making all kinds of bags , such as : ladies fashion PU handbags , leather handbags , wallets , evening bags , document bags , shoulder bags , shopping bags , travel bags , trolley bags , picnic bags , cooler bags , cosmetic bags and so on .

4. Do you have own design department?
Yes. There are 3 designers in our design department, and they can design at least 50 styles per monthly , and each week have new styles for your reference .
5. Can you make customized design?
1) Yes, of course.
We are not only make our own styles, also very pleased to make different styles from customers . After receiving the details, we can arrange to quote a price firstly. After confirmed on prices, we will arrange to make samples for your checking quality and details.
2) It's ok for us to add your own logos on the styles .
6. How about the MOQ?
Normally for the styles which have been on stock, MOQ is 50pcs.
For customized styles, 100pcs ~ 800pcs based on different styles & materials used.
However, It's ok for us to place orders less qty for first trail order, just the prices will be different due to higher material cost & labor cost.
7. Does you factory have QC?
Yes , each procedures are checked strictly, and100% full checking before shipment . Also warmly welcome to inspect goods by your side or the third party .
8. How about the Sampling & Shipment date?
In 3~7 days for sampling, and the sampling fee will be charged, but samples cost will be refunded when place orders.
In 20~35 days for bulk shipment after sample approved.
9. How to ship the goods out?
FOB Guangzhou, but also ok to depend on you!
By sea, express, air freight are available for us !
10. What is your payment term?
Payment by T/T.
A. For bulks orders, 50% deposit when launch order, 50% balance before shipment.
B. For trial orders, 100% when place order.
