1. Before using this product , the battery should be fully charged. Plug in the battery charger, charger red lights, indicating that the battery is charging , when the battery is fully charged , the charger green lights.
2. After the battery is fully charged , press the H button remote control , remote control LED flashes once , three LED in insole light three seconds , insoles work in the high-end model.
3. Press the M button on the remote control , remote control LED flashes once , two LED in insole light three seconds , insoles work in the mid-range model.
4. Press the L button on the remote control , remote control LED flashes once , an LED light in insole lights 3 seconds , insoles work in low mode.
5. Press the remote control key, remote control LED flashes once , LED in insole is off, the insole stops working.
