a.If machine parts is broken,we can send the needed parts to our customer for free.
b.We can provide the installation, commissioning and training service in customer's factory,while customer needs to pay for VISA application,flight ticket,accommodation, USD100/day/person as labor fee , and translating fee for our technician when calls.
2) After one year
a.If machine parts is broken,we need to charge our customer for the required parts.
b.If we send our technician to customer's factory for maintenance ,Customer should pay USD100/day/person as service charge, include the fee of VISA application, flight ticket,accommodation, and translating fee for our technician when calls<o:p>
