PF-EA automatic high speed tissue paper slitting machine
This machine is our newly model of slitting and rewinding the raw material at high speed, which was introduced advance technology system. And the operation situation can be monitored by the modem. It greatly improve the productivity. Especially the calendering system which has achieved the international standard, it is the first choice of slitting equipment.
Main features:
1. Timing belt transmission, make it stable-running and less noise even though at high speed operation.
2. Adopt the widen belt on back-stand to increase the friction when feeding paper.
3. Equipped with newly fasten unit, making it is convenient to adjust the raw material.
4. The calendering roll made of high quality solid steel material and it is special processed on its surface. The finished products after calende-ring is very soft and smooth.
5. It is specially equipped with some arc dispelling roll to reach the better effect.
6. With the function of pneumatic paper loading, edge vacuum suction;
7. Infrared jumbo roll inspection system, Automatic stop when paper braking.
8. Automatic finished roll discharging(Optional)
9. The finished products have good winding profiles and clean cutter.
