APPLICATION:
This hat /cap heat press machine is widely applied in heat transfer printing industry. This machine can press any colorful label,human photo,landscape picture and personalized picture on the hat.Suitable for advertisement,present,promotion,personalized object etc.

READ BEFORE OPERATING:
Operation procedures
1.Check the voltage before using it.Then turn on the power supply!
2.Plug in,turn on the power switch of machine,the power indicator lightened.
3.Set the thermostat to the temperature needed (Normally 180-220ºC),set the timer to the needed.(Normally 5~20Second).
4.When the temperature reach the setted value,the machine become constant temperature
automatically.,
5. Open the pressure handle,put the hat/cap with the
picture on the heating plate(the picture size must
larger than the heating plate's,in case the surface is
burned by the heat or it has impress),close the
pressure handle,turn the timer to zero.
6.When the timer reach the setted value,the buzzer
rings,the heating plate stop heat,turn off the power
switch.Then open the pressure handle,take out the
hat / cap (after take off,it must be cool down,in case the
ink continue to spread.
6.If it is cold-ripping of the transfer paper,please use blackboard wiper to rub against the whole transfer paper,wait for 5-10 seconds,then rip off the transfer paper.If it is the hot-ripping of the transfer paper,you can rip off immediately after printing.
Please note : successful print requires right time,temperature and pressure,the thickness of the clothes material,even the type of printing paper,all will affect the performance of printing.Any kind of sublimation paper need test before mass production.
Attention:
1.When the machine is unused,please turn off the
power,then press the pressure handle(the pressure
shouldn't be too big,just keep it leveled up.
2.In mass production,stop the machine every 60
minutes(2 minutes is enough)

MAINTENANCE:
1.Pressure:If the pressure is not enough or too large,please adjustable pressure nut,(+)direction of increasing pressure;(-)direction of a reduction of stress.
2.Time:When the time is over,the buzzer does not work or out of order,check the contact of the sensitive switch at the tail of the machine.If it is not proper,adjust it to proper position.
3.Temperature:If the machine has been started for several minutes,there is no heating from heating plate,check the circuit.
4.The machine adopt eccentric bearing,the pressure is not allowed to be adjusted too large,in case cause damage to bearing.
