HM-ZD240 Automatic Rigid Pencil Box Machine
HM-ZD240 Automatic Rigid Pencil Box Making Machine is specialized in mass producing all kinds of small rigid boxes, such as finest jewlery box, ornaments box, gift box, watch box, pencil box, candy box, souvenir box, cosmetic box, etc. The minimum wrapped box size is 45x35x10mm covering the finger box, which makes it the smallest automatic box maker in China.
HM-ZD240 Automatic Rigid Pencil Box Machine
Adopts Japanese Panasonnic PLC and man-machine control, electric eye tracing system, error auto stop and display, image positioning system, and can automatically feed coverpaper, feed greyboard, paste four corners, spot greyboard, grad box, wrap box, fold ears and form box.
The feeder, gluer and coveyor are driven by servo system which has continuously variable transmission and enjoy high accuracy, easy adjusting, and less time consumption. Double color conveyor can save the time for changing to other color belt, which is Hongming's patent. The Spot unit adopts Germany camera with 5 million pixel and Japanese robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the spotting accuracy to within 0.05mm. The forming unit employs foreign linear slider, stable and wear resistant.
This whole machine only needs 1 or 2 operators and output about 1500-1800 boxes/hour.

4.24 hours control glue pre-heating
5. Hot-melting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in one process.
6. The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep the glued paper from deviating.
7. The box-forming unit can automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit. The box-forming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.
8. Spotter unit apply high tech camera with 8 million pixel ( spotter accuracy± 0.05mm. )
9. The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen man-machine interface to automatically form boxes in one process.
10. It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarm accordingly.
11. Remodel for automatic production of different kinds of boxes ( optional)
