S&K Glass machine EXCELLENT HORIZONTAL FLAT TEMPERING PRODUCTION LINE
S&K Glass machine is keeping innovating to design the perfect quality tempering line for customers based on the practical operation for years.
1- Terms of Quotation: FOB Guangzhou (We also deal with CIF, CFR, EXW)
2- Terms of Payment:
(1) 30% shall pay by T/T as down payment in advance;
(2) 70% balance payment shall be paid off by T/T before shipment.
3 - Guarantee / Warranty:
The quality guarantee period for one year, any damages on the electric parts during the quality guarantee period can be maintained or replaced free, (Except in the course of usage, damage due to human errors), and after guarantee period, SANKEN will continuously give good support and best after-sales service to customer.
4- Installation:
We will arrange 2 engineers to customer's factory for the installation & training, our engineer will stay at customer's factory for about 7 days. Customer shall bear the charge of tickets & VISA for our engineer, arrange the hotel, food (room and board), take a good care of our engineers during they are staying at customers' country. .
Note: If possible, we would like to suggest customer to arrange people to our factory for training about 2-3 days before shipment, so that we can teach customer more technology about the glass processing works, it could be helpful for customer.
5. Delivery time: 90 days after receive the down payment.
The heating and cooling systems are made by the most newest advanced technology.
Because of our Glass machine sophisticated powerful heating control system and the most advanced design of heating element and heat distributing system inside the furnace, the glass surface of widthways and lengthways can be heating evenly and equably, with the special design of quenching system and the nozzle, so the glass can be tempered perfectly by a best optimum condition.
The glass will be not distortion and the optical quality is perfect after tempered.
The flatness of glass will be excellent as the raw float glass sheet without tempered!
