1. The control capsule, located on the cable of the right earpiece and three buttons
---- Adjust the volume by pressing the + and - buttons.
---- Control music and video playback — Including play/pause and next/previous— By pressing the center button.
2. Actually the remote keys are as follows:

---- - Volume down
3. MIDDLE BUTTON
1 click: Play/pause
2 clicks: Skip song
2 clicks and hold 2ND click: Fast forward
3 clicks: Go to beginning of song, if you are at the beginning of the song then it will skip to the previous song (same as skip back)
