High Pressure Suspension Mill is suitable for non-flammable and non-explosive materials, with Mohs hardness less than 9.3, with moisture less than 6%. It is widely used in various industries, such as metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mine, highway, hydropower, etc. It is a good choice for quartz, feldspar, dolomite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, barite, bentonite, coal gangue, coal, etc. The output fineness can be adjusted between 0.613-0.033mm easily.
Working Principle
The complete set of YGM High Pressure Suspension Mill composed of jaw rusher, bucket elevator, hoper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control panel, and main mill system.
Main mill system includes main mill, separator, connecting pipes, blower, bag filter, cyclone collector.
In the main mill, roller assembly is suspended under suspension rack through horizontal shaft. Suspension rack connects with main shaft and shovel frame. Springs press onto outside of roller bearing chamber and it press the roller contacts with ring fasten. When motor drives main shaft, shovel assembled on shovel frame rotates with roller. Roller rotates around its shaft when rotates around ring. Motor drives separator to rotate. The faster the separate wheel rotates, the finer the powder will be. In order to guarantee the mill works under negative pressure, added air volume will be sent to filter. After filter, it goes to the air.
The air cycles like this: Blower-main mill-separator-cyclone collector-filter, so there will be less powder and no pollution.
