Application of Horizontal Packaging Machine
As a food packing machine, this servo horizontal packaging machine can also be an ice cream packing machine, a noodle packaging machine or a sweet packaging machine for packing biscuits, ice cream, instant noodles, pastries, moon cakes and other foods. 1. No manual setting is needed for the bag length, which the machine performs automatic checkout and setting of the length in operation.

3. The main control circuit board adopts the single chip developed by our company, super large digital screen display and frequency converter control. Good human-machine interface makes the operation concentrate, intuitive and convenient.
4. Frequency converters are used to control the capacity and bag length with stepless speed regulation for a wide adjustable range. It can be perfectly matched with the preceding process of production line.
5. Highly sensitive photoelectric eye performs automatic tracking accurately.
6. Each sealing temperature is controlled separately. The heating pipe is made of special material, suitable for various packing materials with beautiful and tight sealing.
7. Intermittent gas flushing unit and alcohol spraying unit can be applied.
