QTY12 concrete block production line is manufactured by our company, Beijing Zhongcai Jianke Institute of Science and Technology for Building Materials. In the process of production, our company has fully absorbed foreign advanced science and technology, and we also take the customers using condition into consideration. As for the electronic control elements, motor speed reducer and hydraulic and pneumatic elements, we import them from overseas famous companies, thus our products work with high reliability. It can produce various kinds of blocks and bricks by changing moulds, such as hollow blocks, solid bricks, porous blocks and various paving block, curb stones, grassland stones, blocks used in the revetment, and various kind of special blocks used in constructing park, airport, and port, etc. This production line can use different raw materials, such as concrete, dry slag, fly coal ash, spontaneous combustion coal gangue, stone chips and other solid construction waste.

Equipment superiority
1, Table vibration and mold vibration work together, which ensures the density and intensity of blocks and bricks. Table vibration is transited to the pallet by the tamping vibration which makes the concrete and mixed materials in the mould case mold quickly and compactly. Mold vibration refers to that the mould case vibrates left and right which produces a stronger vibration force, thus realizes the effect of cubic three-dimension vibration. This ensures the machine to produce blocks of high-quality in a short cycle time and by using less cement.
2, The material feeder with a spiral reticulation structure distributes materials evenly, which shortens the operation time and the molding cycle time.
3, The product is of multi-function and with advanced technology, thus without changing any spare parts, it can produce main wall blocks and non main wall blocks by modifying the program. It can also produce different products with different shapes by changing moulds, such as hollow blocks, porous blocks, standard bricks, paving bricks, grassland blocks, curbstones and etc. The blocks and bricks are of high quality and high anti-pressure ability (main wall block can be up to 20Mpa), as well as exact dimension.
4, The main frame is wide enough for feeding materials, and for producing more moulds of products. In order to get even pressure, three oil reservoirs are used, which raises the pressure as high as 100T, besides, it can raise the speed of the right and left reservoirs, thus improving productivity.
5, It employs the advance compulsory feeding method which enables the machine to use various of raw materials. (It is applicable to sand, stone chips, slag, coal gangue, coal ash, boiler slag, construction waste, etc. ) It is super than the similar machines in domestic considering its ability of environmental protection.
6, This machine with an integration of mechanic, hydraulic and electronic is automatically controlled by Siemens PLC system which is imported from German. Mechanical vibration plus hydraulic pressure to mold make the blocks and bricks of high density, and also save cement.
