After sieving, solder powder oxygen content no more than 100PPM for 3# powder, oxygen content no more than 120PPM for 4# powder. (Industry standard is type 3# powder no more than 120PPM, type 4# powder no more than 150PPM). Detection undertake by Guangzhou Non-ferrous Metal Research Institude or Guangzhou Electronic Office 5.
