5. After package, our QC will inspect final products strictly according to quality-control 105E
Standard.
General speaking, we have confidence that the defect rate is <=0.3%.
RMA percentage
A: 0.1%-0.3% according to different products.
How you support RMA procedures?
We offer 24months warranty since the ETA.
If there are products quality problems (not man-made ones) within the warranty period, Corelink can offer good free parts or products to replace the bad parts or products.
You will pay the freight from your country to China to send back the bad parts or products, while Corelink will pay the freight from China to your country to send the good parts or products.
