It permits the operator to access the cutting tools from two sides for added convenience with tool setup and maintenance.

CROSS MACHINING DEVICE (OPTIONAL)
When requested, a cross machining device can be mounted on the OD tool rest (occupied 2 tool positions) for drilling, tapping and milling (vertical or horizontal) operations, Supplied with 3 powered rools.

ROTARY GUIDE BUSHING
Z axis travel with rotary guide bushing is 240 mm, which is much longer than 68 mm, of the previous design.
