Full Automatic Water Bottling Machine
Applications:
1. This machine is specially designed to fill the mineral water, drinking water, soya-bean milk and other bacteria free liquids for potable.
2. The equipment is applied with 5 GAL bottle(2.3.4.6 gallon can also be applied)
3. As the equipment integrates the processes of bottle washing, filling, lid mounting, lid pressing and finished product delivering, it's a good choice of water plants.
For operations, the equipment can be configured with the following machines:
RO system: To purify the water source (Like from undergound, Spring, River, Well, Brackish, sea and etc). ---Other option. If the water source is good, we will suggest customer to choose UF or NF purification system.
Decapper: To remove the cap from used bottle which is collected back from customer. ---Optional. Customer could use their own way to remove the cap.
Bottle Brushing Machine: To brush interior and exterior sides of the used bottle in case the used bottle is very dirty. ---Optional. If the bottle is clean, customer could pass it.
Cap sterilizer: To sterilize the cap by ozone and UV.
§ Bottle Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine: To rinse the bottle, fill water into bottle, then cap.
Label-Shrinking Machine: To shrink the protect film to the cap. The film is manually put by operator.
