Assembling MachinesAdjust wire rope straightly as long as cross girdle Assemble Machines tightly and correctly2. Move machines close to the wall for rendering.3. Adjust the thickness of renderingPut the pipe close the button of wall mostlyLet the wheel touch tube closely, to adjust the render thicknessTwist the wheel to adjust render thicknessWatch the distance between bottom of patter and wall to measure the render thickness4. Adjust the vertical and horizontal levelTo stabilize machines in vertical and horizontal level, please ensure machines go up straightly absolutely.5. Step on Hydraulic PedalStep on hydraulic pedal until you can't step it down any more.Make sure those pipes and 2 upright tubes are 100% tightly touch to the ceilings by stepping on the hydraulic pedal, people can't move upright tubes around.If it's not tight, please exchange oil cylinder.6. Load the mixture to tankYou have to load 20kg mixture at least to render one side of wall if your model is 0X800B, constantly add more mixture when machines operation.7. Turn on the buttonA. Green button: start switchB. Red (Black) button: stop switch (only a few seconds) usually for adding more mixtureC. Big Red Knob: emergency stop (stop forever)8. Render the first sectionThe machine will stop on the top for 2~5 seconds, its set up in the factory.9. Smooth the first section10. Move the machines for next render11. Then do steps above again. The free repairing period of the electric appliance and the vibrators is three months.3. The nylon wheel, the hoisting cable and the chain are not included in the free repair guarantee.4. The free repairing period starts on the date when the machine is bought.Safety and Protection1. If the trowel is not at the plastering angle, even if you press the starting switch, the machine doesn't start in order to avoid the damage of the trowel.2. When starting, if the motor turns in the opposite direction, the power will be cut off automatically so as to keep the hoisting cable in good order. Turn the reversing switch for phase commutation, then the motor starts.3. If the machine is held up while going down, the power will be cut off automatically to keep the hoisting cable in good order.4. Replace a new one in time when the surface of the hoisting cable is not smooth. In case the cable is broken, the machine will stop when it goes down 20cm at an abnormal speed.
